SC Johnson approached us to develop an on pack activation to drive trial of their Duck Fresh Disc range.
A money-back guarantee activation was developed to increase trial of Duck Fresh Disc by offering a money-back guarantee if the consumer isn’t entirely satisfied with the product.
Communicated on pack and in store, the ‘Try me love me’ campaign gives the consumer the opportunity to claim their money back by uploading a receipt showing a valid purchase in the campaign period and provide a short explanation of why they did not love the product.
Entries to the promotion are managed by our ProMotor platform and once further validated by the fixed fee partner on the campaign, eligible refunds will be issued via Cheque or paypal. Claims are made via a dedicated campaign website at duckmoneyback.co.uk.
The campaign runs from October 2020 to July 2021.
